    Want to play,but held up for some reason.

    Just had to re-install game now i cant get on says member name, ID, or password not valid,yet i can log here post pay money,but can not get on to play!!! Why SE, do you make it so hard to play the game?

    What system are you playing on and was this just a clean install?

    Most likely, you didn't set it to save the PlayOnline password. PlayOnline IDs have a separate password, and it must be saved to work with logging in. Just giving the SE ID and password isn't good enough if the POL password isn't entered or is wrong.
