While I am happy to see that this particular glitch has finally been resolved, I must stress the word "finally." I know for a fact that this particular glitch was reported to S-E before these forums even existed (let alone got out of beta). I get the feeling that it was only acknowledged when the new level 99 battles were added and it was "rediscovered" during testing.
I wouldn't even comment on this were it not for something I spied noticeably absent from the list of resolved issues:
So now storyline progression for older expansions has been (more) broken for over a month (actually, since October 8), you've known about it, and there isn't even mention of a workaround by this point?
What kind of turnaround should players who go through the effort to document a bug expect for their time and effort? How long should we expect a bug to sit in the "Accepted" queue or these "Known Issues" listings before being resolved? What's the going average? Should I expect this "missing event" bug quoted above to languish as long as the "invisible wall" bug in La'Loff was allowed to?
Would it "help" to use unauthorized tools to record instances of a bug? I note you're already practically asking players to install a parser to report issues experienced in Seekers of Adoulin battlefields...
