Square-Enix Support Team ~♥PRAISE♥~

First off, i would like to say, I've been gone a long time. Come back to find my account was inactive and unable to complete the Square-Enix required transfer, and felt the fear that i may have lost everything, reading through the server migrations and thinking my account may have been lost.

I contacted Enix live chat support, as well as a GM in game once i could access it (each for different issues) to find out how to fix the problems i was having.

If it was not for these representatives, i may never have figured out how to rejoin the world i once called home for so many years, and that i wish to call home again.

These people truly show what customer service is about, not just for helping me. For making me feel i was conversing with a person, not a programed support agent that just goes through the paces to be done with you and move on to the next customer, NO, they made me feel like they genuinely cared about my problems and did everything in their power to help me fix what was going on.
They didn't bounce me around to 100 different people just to lighten the support load, they HELPED and i am ever grateful to each and every one of them.

They were professional, kind, patient, understanding and compassionate, qualities i fear are sorely lacking in the support staff of many games these days. They made my transition back into the world as easy and with as little frustration as humanly possible.
In the time I've been away, i have played many different MMO's, but none of them felt like home, the way Vana'diel always did and i am very happy to be back.

In closing... once again i want to thank each of these individuals, who, could have passed me off and off again to someone else, but did not, and stuck with me until the issue was solved. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart ♥♥♥♥♥♥ I can only hope that someone from the support team reads this, and if they do, i hope they pass this along to those people, thank you in advance if you do.

'Tis good to see some positive feedback for a change, instead of the horror stories, which tend to be far more common.

Of course the complainers are the loudest everywhere, by which I do not mean they should not complain when there is a reason to do so, but I digress.
