Steps:
The previous day, traded Ninja Hakama, Plaited Cord, Ebony Lacquer and Laminated Buffalo Leather to Sagheera (while she was holding 180+ ancient beastcoins) to upgrade the leg piece to +1. Pieces were accepted. Dialog about wait while we upgrade this is shown.

A few hours later I traded Healer's Duckbills, Benedict Silk, Benedict Yarn and Ether Holly to her (still holding 160+ coins) to upgrade the leg piece to +1. Pieces were accepted. Dialog about wait while we upgrade this is shown.

Today, went to receive the upgraded pieces. I received Healer's Duckbills+1, but talking to her again, did not receive the Ninja Hakama+1. Same result after zoning, logging out/logging in, and waiting one game day.

When talking to her, she gives the default "Yes, what do you require? Would you like some powerful detergent?"
Instead of the "Just wait a bit longer you armor is ...." line when the artifact+1 upgrade is still in the delay time.

ehhh. I check inventory after typing all this.
Both Healer's Duckbills+1 and Ninja Hakama +1 are in mog sack.

Dialog only reported Healer's Duckbills+1

Still a bug, but not the 'where the heck did my long fought items go?!?" type of bug.
