Can't says right now... Few time I used it, I didn't notice a huge difference on dmg output so... Need to do more test but so far, this isn't an ability that will save the days.
If it bleeds, I can kill it.
If it doesn't bleeds...
I can probably kill it too.
This might just be me, but after it wears does it take the shadows as well?
OK after using it some more it does not wipe shadows after it wears

After a bit of time I can say that this new skill of ours isn't that great, for the fact that the extra attacks relies on the number of shadows you have and with all the aoe's or the acc mobs have you would be luck to make use of half of it.

Got the same feeling. Need to keep all shadows up with Iga boots, so you lose a potential iLv119, also, the time you recast shadows you lose time hitting mob/NM. Too short and too weak for an 1 hour ability. This thing should be a regular move instead.

You mean like a job trait or an ability ? I would be fine with both.

Exactly, job trait or a 5 mins ability recast will be more suited for this skill. Job trait will be my 1st choice.

Yea but what could they change it out with? Heck might as well change the 1st one hour as well.

We brought up your concerns with the development team, but they do not feel Mikage is a weak ability since it's possible to increase your auto-attack rounds to nearly the same amount as that of Hundred Fists. As such, they do not have any plans to make adjustments to this ability at this time.

How come an ability that can be nearly as useful is considered "balanced"? Shouldn't all SP Abilities aim to grant the players more or less the same amount of power?
"nearly as much" shouldn't be considered that, if this is how things are it means that ability needs a tweak, be it small or big.
Mikage can become "nearly as good" as Hundred Fists and ONLY in very ideal and pretty unrealistic situations, whereas Hundred Fists not only it's always that good, but it's the same all of the time.
Same thing could be said for many other SP abilities.
And the autumn of life has finally come
