Skirmish takes no effort, shout for a couple BLMs and you can do Yorcia easy, doin the earlier ones for a pair of H2H may take a bit more time since you will need multiple runs, but all in all I think a total of 10 or less Skirmish runs would get you a fully geared Skirmish DD accessories not included, they come sold separately in Abyssea or Delve.
