Cannot start latest mythic weapon upgrade

Steps: Talk to Oboro with 99 Kogarasumaru, Trade Oboro 99 Kogarasaumaru, talk to Oboro with no weapon equipped. He is not responsive and I am fairly sure this is due to something that was overlooked in today's patch. Flagging the mythic upgrade requires you to have all of the cutscenes completed for that weapon, starting a new mythic overwrites the final quest from your completed log. There is a conflict with having a second mythic weapon started while trying to upgrade a 99 via Oboro.

Known Issues

• Oboro in Port Jeuno (E-6) will not respond no matter which option adventurers select after trading him a weapon eligible for reforging, thus causing the status of reforging to be unclear.
