for your charis head seals, Berstuk and Gieremund are easily soloable

I solo'd berstuk without any eva atmas, hell all I had one was RR and VV i think, i dont remember the second atma, just stun the purulent ooze or whatever. If you have your Charis casaque, i highly recommend macroing it in!

Gieremund is easier than berstuk, if you wanted to just throw up fan dance, and basically afk for 5 mins. With any sort of evasion atma he isn't much of a threat

Also if you have a few blm/blu/nin/brd friends try to get them to tag along. Yellow weaknesses cause an increased drop rate of seals (I'm not sure if you know anything about abyssea weaknesses but you can find it on wiki on the main abyssea page)

jinx discus, love it, ranged curse if your throwing skill is worth anything. granted, it's that crappy curse players get, not the cool curse that mobs get that takes off a chunk of HP, MP, gives gravity and slow, but still it ain't useless.

Hands: Dusk Gloves
Body: Rapparee
Rings: Raja's/Ulthalam's
Back: Boxer's
Waist: Swift Belt
Legs: Aurore Brais
Feet: Aurore Gaiters

Then I'll start working on WS builds and specialties. I can swap in AF and AF2 pieces as needed for waltz's, steps, etc.
