HNMs dont' really exist right now. You have tons of social linkshells that will get you the basics. Then you have linkshells like Kizunas and Eternal Calm that have been around for 5+ years still going strong that do everything with ease. And then there are linkshells like Profit that shout for members non stop and pretty much power level all there jobs to 90 for AH points all the time, which is boring to me. Depends when your playtime is and what you want to achieve.
