The Walking Wounded[Glitched?]

Hi, Psxpert from Sylph server here,

It's been awhile since I've done Abysea quest and I've done all necessary quest until
Requirements/Reputation 4 for Walking Wounded.

On Sylph Server I talk to Rashid and he give me the same line all the time, "Need help, blah blah..."

I've accrued 12 soothing potions even though I don't need that many. (I was bored and need to think while in the zone)

I can't trade or do anything further to help the resistance and I feel helpless...

I don't know what else I'm missing, I've completed Rose on the Heath and
Full-of-Himself Alchemist(which im sick of atm).

What now?
