because prishe statue is not a special event item it is given to everyone that has the 3 abbysea add ons

I was not able to send my Goobbue Statue that I redeemed on a mule to my main character.

Edit: This was confirmed on the BG forums. The Cardian Statue can be sent to characters within your account, but the Goobbue Statue cannot.

Why not? Who knows.
