I had a lot of fun here throughout 11 years growing up, coming home from school logging in to play with friends. Falling asleep in the middle of boss runs, spending entire days doing things with friends.
Here on the forums though I had a great opportunity to meet some amazing players. Mahora, Stompa, Umichi, Catmato, Bebekeke, Anjou, although we were on the same server I really never did get to know who you were in game but got to see what a great person you are thru the forums.
Many other players here I never played with nor had the opportunity to know because of being on different servers.
I just wanted to say thank you and whoever else I've commented before letting you know what a great person you are. You guys are amazing people who make the community a better place. I've learned many things from you guys. It was an amazing time talking with you and I hope you never lose that spirit.
Thank you for your friendship and I will never forget you. Although the world is a small place, life is short and I have good memories to take with me wherever I go.
As for the DEV TEAM & Community Reps, GMs and Staff. Thank you for your hard working effort. I appreciated your efforts. I understand how your job is not easy.
Before I took game programming & development courses in College, I use to rush here on to the forums and complain, give you guys such a hard time, and never considered how you guys live each day working on this game to give us something to entertain us.
After studying in college I started to realize your point of view. Everything you guys have done I just wanted to say Thank you.
I grew up enjoying this game and through good and bad times, this was a great place to forget about the stress and depressed moments of life and hang out with many people from around the world.
I truly want to say thank you for giving us the ability to connect with Japan because I've learned many new things about your culture and appreciated the opportunity to make friends from Japan. I've also had the opportunity to learn a little Japanese and through examples from my Japanese friends they taught me very valuable lessons that I would have never learned.
That even though language barrier and communication was hard, it was through examples that people taught me how to connect.
Each day I work hard to show others around me in my daily life to be a better example helping kids, homeless youth, HIV/Aids organizations.
I learned to be a better person through this game and through these forums and that is a priceless gift anyone could ever ask for.
Thank you DEV TEAM and SE for giving this opportunity.
Signing out and signing off Daemon September 20th, 2013.
