Every time I post in the "In-Game Bugs" section of these forums on how Tourbillion/Barbed Crescent completely do not work the only reply/acknowledgement that I receive is the In-Game Bug Post being placed in the "Duplicate Bugs" section.

No one has acknowledged this bug other than my very first bug post in which it was not of protocol. I fixed it up and posted another bug report per protocol. This has yet to be answered and keeps being ignored.

Please do not reply to this as "Need more information/data." This bug report is EVERYWHERE! Check the duplicate bugs. There are about 3 of these bug reports in there. This is inexcusable guys, and I feel like I am being made a fool of.

Steps:

I was out looking for Khimaira, and I decided to try using Tourbillion and Barbed Crescent on the surrounding enemies to test the rumor of these spells not landing their additional effects. Sure enough, after testing the spell on over 10 (extremely easy) soulflayers and 10 heraldic imps and waiting ample time (over 5 minutes), seeing if any additional effects would wear, I concluded these spells were not landing their additional effects at all. There were no messages in the log saying an effect had landed. I have used these spells at other times before and had not seen any effects take place as well.

Now, I have heard these spells work perfectly on the test server, but I have yet to apply to the test server and check this out. Just something else you guys may want to look at.

I beg you guys to take a look at these spells as they are way too important to not be working. Thank you.

Also, I am not the only person who has reported this as a bug. Seriously!

Don't feel bad. This thing has been being reported and ignored for litterally 3 years so some amount of wtf does it take to get a response was in order
