Good Day,

i play in Sylph world and my character name is Sugarfree (EU player). i was doing Skirmish II in Yorcia Weald U yesterday when my internet connection was lost. the connection came back before i got disconnected but since then my character had the red ball icon and i could not do anything (chatting, doing action or even logout). i had to force shutdown and restart the game. when i tried to log in back it said "Same character is already logged in". its been like that since 8 hours and my character is still in Yorcia Weald U and the game will not let me log in saying my character is already logged in. i tried the Check Files option but the problem persist. can anyone help me please?
