^ Got both the Hermes' Shoes and Onion Helm on my main 1.0 character. Plus my physical copy of the ARR Collector's Edition shipped yesterday morning. I was so excited. The UPS truck came by my place today and I thought it was for my Collector's Edition, but the UPS man went to my neighbor's house instead >_> Plus I also pre-ordered (and it shipped earlier this week, too) the $50 Before Meteor soundtrack, which is a Blu-Ray CD with over 5 hours of music on it!

That's the headlines i'm expecting to see on the day of Launch. I mean after seeing a video like this.

Heck FFXIV looks way better than the Diablo III vids I've seen before launch. And that game took over a decade to be released. At least I don't see FFXIV making headlines for players beating the game in 7 hours like Diablo III.

All that video shows is a bunch of scrubs getting schooled by Bahamut. We've already bargained with him and beat the god he put into stalemate in our game's timeline, and that he lost to in another timeline and we still cleaned up the mess.
