Well SoA content is higher level so I'm sure since these 2 jobs are introduced this late in the game and are part of this expansion. AF would have to follow the level design of SoA than put the jobs a step down to older content levels of the previous jobs that were released.
I think adding gear for that level now would be a waste of time and effort and SE actualy noticed this.
Also Rune and Geo were included on many old gears like SKY, NNI, Salvage etc. therefore I don't see any reason to waste time making an AF at level 52-60 when time is better spent on the current attention of the game which they seem to be focusing on everyone at level 99.
Most everyone will not stay at level 52-60 to enjoy the AF long enough to make it worthwhile.
