So the +skill is there only for raising your dmg?
Weird. What about older +skill items?
They physicaly raising your skill level unlocking WSs.
With Dowser's Wand (GEO) I still have 241 club skill with or without it.
Which makes me unable to use 290 skill point WS Flash Nova.
