I have a question concerning these items. Why is it we can mule the shirt but not the beret? Shouldn't we be able to mule both since we purchased these? Or rather should we -not- be able to mule them at all?
Can we please be able to mule the beret?

I can agree it is better than what it once was...on that one character. The thing that bugs me is that I have more than one character on my account, and sometimes I feel like leveling one, then the next week I wanna level the other. The shirt is sendable via delivery box, but why can't hat be too? Is it the increased skill gain rate? The added movement speed? What's the factor here keeping SE from letting us do what we wish with a product we bought from a code that we spent hard earned money on? It's not asking for much, but more or less I just wanna be able to wear my cute hat on my alternate character, turn into an egg, and bug people as a chocobo, and then level/ensure my jobs are all capped at lvl 30 before moving onto other things.
So Anjou question for you.
Is this an item you actually have or just another thing that "irks the daylights outta you" like the nexus cape?
Don't twist my words because that's exactly what you are doing. There is a big difference in being fixated only on the item of a boss event rather than look at the other good reasons to play the event to begin with than me making a comment about having an item be used across all characters when in fact it is the same account and we are paying for all these character for an item that should be charged once as a universal item and not a single use item.
That's like saying "You should buy the expansion pack 10 times for 10 character" just like paying 10 times for Destrier beret and Chocobo shirt separately 10 times for your 10 character.
When it deals with real money than virtual currency/Virtual item.
And until the Devs heard us, adjust it, then you see me further complain, then you can throw my words back in my face. So unless you are trolling me which I assumed you are not, then you wouldn't be following me and taking my words from one thread to insult me on another so others can see the beef between you and me carry on to ruin someone else's topic.
And sorry Anjou for the drama.
I believe you made a very nice valid point in your topic and highly agree.

I actually have it, I like it and I wish I could use it on my other characters like the shirt.
He was being sarcastic from what I said in another thread. Which is totally irrelevant.
To answer his sarcastic reply.
Did people complain? Yes. Did the DEVS adjust it based on everyone's complaint? Yes. Are you happy? No. I'm sorry I'm doing the best I can, i see your complaints and i will make an extra effort, its just so much to do and I'm very busy trying to answer all of your concerns, please give me time. No, it's not good enough. I just adjusted what I could do in hopes of making your life easier. Yes but i don't care and I don't appreciate it.

So Mostfowl, question for *you*
Would you buy all the expansions over again to get any mules/other characters to ToAH, RotZ, WotG, or SoA areas? Or to let them use the add-ons? Why can the characters all use the codes to get into expansion areas, but not do the same thing to get the items?
Also, you can get the Nexus Cape on all your mules without needing to buy it again...
Well what Mostfowl is talking about is a prior thread where I was stating an irk about the Nexus cape not being able to teleport to ToAU areas. However I just want to say that if you can hear people yelling from Adoulan, and you're in Whitegate, but you can't use the magical teleportation dish rag from San d'Oria to Wajaom Woodlands, perhaps something is wrong and SE should have made the cape cover ToAU outdoor areas since there's no reason why it shouldn't.
