What would you guys suggest?
And what is the point of Rayke? it sounds the same as gambit.

Gambit lowers magic defense, so nukes & lunge hit harder. Rayke lower magic resistance, so debuffs stick better.
Dhragon covered Rayke.
As for what merits to choose, I went:
Group 1:
Rune Enchantment 5/5
Valliance/Vallation effect 5/5
Group 2:
Rayke 1/5
Battuta 5/5
Inspiration 4/5

I tend to solo more often than not with RUN so I'll take the extra fast cast. If I go to an event where people really need help sticking debuffs (lolKurma), it isn't hard to toss an extra 3 merits into something real quick.
Samurai Archery is said to be a thing of the past, but it isn't dead yet!
Mine "will" look just like Babekeke's. The last one to drop merits in to is Inspiration.
What? is no one getting any lunge acc??
LoL
Mine is pretty much identical to Babekeke's.
Though I'm debating the Rayke...
OK, let me be honest:
Rayke is only for the vein hope that RUN may get a niche spot in some end-game stuff by allowing certain enfeebs to be landed much easier through the use of Rayke. If you have no intention of doing end-game on RUN, or you aren't yet ready to partake in such events until you progress your gear and such, then go 5/5 Inspiration, until you are ready for end-game stuff.
However, Rayke may well come in handy for AF fights and so on, as well.
