OK, let me be honest:

Rayke is only for the vein hope that RUN may get a niche spot in some end-game stuff by allowing certain enfeebs to be landed much easier through the use of Rayke. If you have no intention of doing end-game on RUN, or you aren't yet ready to partake in such events until you progress your gear and such, then go 5/5 Inspiration, until you are ready for end-game stuff.

However, Rayke may well come in handy for AF fights and so on, as well.
