    This is a bug that has been happening to quite a few people lately. I would probably have suggested cosmetic surgery to fix the problem, but the game does not have plastic surgeons.

    Ok, I called a GM about this and he suggested to do a "Check File". So I did and it solved the skin issue that I had earlier. Hope this info come useful to those with the same or similar issue.
