Before SOA, a lot of people were capped, or as close to cap as they could be, on every facet of their favorite jobs, save for a lot of people not caring about enfeebles, because SE didn't care about enfeebles.

For instance, with the exception of PDT feet from bayld, I don't think anyone's PDT sets have changed at all directly because of SOA.

Slips to store bayld gear would alleviate a lot of woes for a lot of people, but I also understand approaching 80/80 and not wanting to put any of it away.

Well yeah I know people had cap sets, what I meant was survival without cap sets or showing signs of being gimp isnt the same as SoA. You had the flexibility to leave some gear behind if you wanted to.
