The orbs instead of nq pop is a good idea. But i feel its just that. Gathering ppl for anything anymore is always a pain. Getting them for bcnms is no diffrent. A think a lot less ppl would be inclinded to bother if they gave orbs instead.

On the other side, i would love to see a few more ??? added to each nq pop site, just like they did for abyssea boss sites. Those lines can get pretty long.
