I think the login campaign was nice, but there are some changes to it that I think would be beneficial for future similar campaigns.

I don't think event items should share the same point pool as gameplay items, because it in practice puts a price on event items, which usually does not have a price attached to them. For other event items in the past, we usually did not get told "you can have this event item, or you can have sellable items that amount to a few million gil.

Now, a few million gil isn't a big deal for some players, but not all players are at the same point in the game. Not having to choose between the two would be nice for some.

Perhaps the next login campaign could give us two point pools. One for event/vanity items, and one for gameplay items.
