Well, if you were responding to my comment, I specifically said Delve. You then said /WHM was good for endgame situations and I asked what events you meant.
You can still gear intelligently without elite gear. Wouldn't you agree?(2)

Its new stats are going to look like this, barring any changes:
Ophidian Trident
DMG:181 Delay:396
DEX+8 VIT+8
Accuracy+18
Polearm skill+153 Parrying skill+153
Wyvern: Accuracy bonus
With that in mind, the accuracy is probably not needed and you might as well go full out attack.(0)
