Seriously. I can understand (sort of) the restriction on using it in dungeons, but the field areas are heavily restricted, too. I can't teleport to my friend in the Sanctuary of Zi'tah? Really? Why the heck not?

Speculation is that it was done to prevent people from using it go get to Dragon's Aery faster, but that's not official.

on the basis that everyone has to run through the tree and the aery is a dungeon, people would have to outpost to Zi'Tah, which is right beside the tree. Cutting like a 5 minute walk is not asking for a limb, and as a normal area Nexus should be allowed to be used if it's not a dungeon, otherwise it loses the potential of getting it.

There is AFAIK, a back exit, that someone could in theory, stand at, and have people Nexus to it. Again, am NOT someone who every camped there, but I do recall once my LS had a pop and someone tried just that only to find cape didn't work.
