This allow old players to try out some of the new stuff that is out.
Need to have at least one year register to your account or less if think that will work. And had at least 2 months paid at one time under your account over the years.
During the trial period. You would get access to the entire game even if have not paid for the content codes for the expansions. unable to get any gear or items from the stuff you never payed for. Just get to see what going on. Can explore it , can get KI's and do quests. Just no gear on the quest be rewarded.
Unable to trade during the trial period.
When you get to the screen that says play , get the option to play in the trial version. Will put in all the updates for you. Will highlight if have not paid for the month or years. That only way for trial version to show up. So you are able to get to the POL screen and to the ff11 screen.
If you like what you see can rejoin and either buy the expansions you need , If you were up to date on the expansions and stuff. You just go about the game again. Then enter your content codes on squares site if need to, or just pay for the month.
Exp and KI, quest and other stuff will still save to your account as normal. If did quest that had items, and other stuff there be a NPC or Treasure coffer in a town that can just pick up stuff you earn during your trial.
Maybe have the treasure coffer in town were you get the items and gear from the 72 hr trial , but in the trial you need to trade that stuff to a treasure coffer, but it locked on the account. Then you can claim it . When you pay for it on your square account monthly fee and expansions you got.
