So if you zone in from Ceizak Battlegrounds, you will be able to see for a few seconds the Pioneer's Coalition with 3 more fixtures to the outside of the building. Whether that means the coalitions will cap at 7 remains to be seen, but for the time being we know each has 3 more improvements that will be made stemming off the 2nd floor.

Could see the 2nd floor before too, but I wouldn't know if that was the entire 2nd floor or just multiple pieces until we officially earned it. Same thing goes for the above adjustments, but I doubt any of them will be bundled.
