New Enemies have no Steal or Despoil Pool?

Have yet to hear any reports or see any proof Steal or Despoil works on any enemy in SoA Areas, despite them having clear opportunity for Despoil/Steal pools... Wings, Horns, Shells.

Hope you guys can help me out here and let these fellas be stolen from. I'd like to rip the wings off some Twitherym :3

If they can however be stolen/despoil'd from, if anyone has a SS or evidence, Please let me know, so far, I haven't gotten any word they can.

Thoughts? Concerns?

Despoil hasn't worked for me in so long I stopped trying anyhow.. which I don't understand since I have gear with +despoil on full time...

Could the development team provide us some information on their planned "Adjustments?" Because this wording is very vague. Will they be adjusting monsters so they have steal-able and despoil-able items? If so, who cares? Steal, Despoil and Mug are all worthless abilities. I haven't even had a macro set for any of them in many years.

Will they be making adjustments to Steal, despoil, Aurasteal and mug abilities so that they do something that is relevant and add something that useful to gameplay? YES, PLEASE!

I only ask because it seems like SoA is just more of the same type of endgame content where THF gets the shaft....yet again. Treasure hunter has literally NO effect on any of the endgame activities associated with SoA. What are we supposed to do here?

Being able to steal the quest-able items would be great to start with. Making it less of a hassle killing multiple enemies to get something done.

Ugh, I always shudder when it comes to stealing quest items. Think it took me 3 hours to steal that stupid stew for the THF AF quest.

If they could come from stealing or killing, then I am all for it.

I have used despoil on alot of things. things that are known to have despoil pools. i have yet to ever have it get anything tho. (with gear) nor have i ever noticed a debuff from it. There fore i dont even bother with it anymore

Abilities like steal, despoil and mug are only there so that the name Thief has an relevance at all to this job.

They are not meant to actually do anything that is ACTUALLY useful.

Working as intended.

Also you have Aurasteal, which is already way too overpowered in its current state. So shut up and be grateful for that!
