Agreed, it still takes a lot of time to get enough bayld to fight all of each tier over again, but with the ability to select 1 reward each time you clear a set of two or three naakuls, would both make it worthwhile to repeat and also help people who need their first win.

If this is intentional to prevent people from joining at 10% and getting drops, there should at least be a warning so you don't expend your entry key item needlessly, or you shouldn't be allowed to enter at all. If it is unintentional then thanks for looking into it.
For some reason I am stuck with jozhud nor palmeo talking to me for the quest >.> I don't have the other quests even started that interfere with this one order up ><;; my mules got the right dialog all I get from jozhud is something about mawgwet's and palemo comments about scouts and stealth ugh......
I got ziltch from the harkun fight enter at 39% and couldn't get xp or bayld no matter what just 55k * 3 toons down the drain.....

Thank you for responding. If I might ask, since this is an issue which has effected many people, and the cost of which one must pay to enter these events is worth a nice bit of work, will any compensation be given to players? I understand you may not give a for of compensation to individual players who ask and such, but a form of compensation to players I think would go a long way in making players happy, rather than leaving us feel ripped off from such an occurrence, especially when it was an error many of us walked into unknowingly.
I entered the fight @ 99% hp as a PLD tanked thw whole fight down, got nothing at all not even bayld return. I contacted a GM they said they won't issue any return of bayld or items at all because it is against policy; but he DID confirm it was a glitch in the game and I did nothing wrong......
Later I received an email from SE stating
"Thank you for contacting the SQUARE ENIX Support Center.
This email has been sent to notify you that your ticket was received and will be responded to within 2 business days (48 hours) of receipt.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for the delay in responding to your ticket directly."
It has been over 3 days since I have gotten that email. (3x24=72? =/=48)
To Raksha, No, like said above the GM will do nothing, apparently they are of no use at all.
Earlier today I spoke with customer support and they said they can do nothing about the issue contact a GM in game to check on the status.
I sent a message to the GM help desk at 1700 my time. it is now 2149 and still no response.
SE seems to just be ignoring people with this issue now.
This was clearly intended for those that rush in and blow their bayld. They then expect them to farm like everyone else for weeks on end.
