Correction: SoA is on the test server, with the exception of zones added in the most recent update (including Mog Gardens).

However, testing any of the newer things on the test server (for example, seeing the item levels on gear) requires you to re-sync your test server character after having obtained one of the pieces in question on live servers. It's kind of ridiculous at this point, and I enjoy just going onto the test server to derp around normally.

Realistically, at about the same time as the update earlier this week, they should have rolled out at least some of the August update to the test server for us to test.
