The cape displays Geomancy skill +10. But once equipped it only adds +5. The rest of the stats are working as intended. Either the +10 geomancy skill is labled wrong and its only +5 skill, OR the game doesnt recognize the +10 correctly.
Capped skill ends at 373 without cape. 378 with cape.

I just tested also on July 11th at 9:39 PM EST. Lifestream Cape is only giving +5 geomancy skill.

We spoke with the Localization team and confirmed this is a text bug.

The Lifestream Cape should grant Geomancy Skill +5 and the text fix will be in the upcoming August version update. We're very sorry for the confusion this caused.
