See, most people would say that my TV business is failing because I made a stupid design that most people hate and that requires several people to do something they have no desire to do in order to achieve a small amount of pleasure, but you are my target market, because you say "It's not the TV. Sorry. This is just bad design. There is a certain amount of "You have to do X in order to do Y" that people will tolerate because they want to progress like leveling another job, or farming a certain amount of items. SE has found the spot where most people draw the line and flown over it in a fighter jet.

I buy Televisions. If you do everything according to the Manufactures directions it will work to its full potential correctly, the TV will show you the best picture in 1080p 3D like at the movies that you have never seen at home. You need to purchase several special kinds of wires to make that best potential experience possible (i.e. HDMI, Component Cables, Digital Optical, etc.) and place the cords in there correct positions and set the TV's menu perfectly in accordance to your in-home setup. This requires a person with a brain that can formulate several thoughts that can put all that into action. Want to buy one?

Moral of the Story, The Product (FFXI Delve) works fine, you have to do your part by reading the directions and buying whatsoever necessary materials it takes to reap the benefits of the best possible experience. - The End.
