From another forum, it looks like the stats are as follows (apologies for bad formatting):
Convocaller level 99 Avatar Lv. 106 SMN
Dashavatara Sash level 99 Avatar Lv. 113 SMN

I really hope these things have a lot of hidden stats on them because otherwise this is a bit of a let down.
