Group 3 merits Can I have it?

I wonder if SquareEnix plans to make Campaign/Besieged General's weapon-skills attainable by Merits. I'm pretty sure somewhere I heard about them debating on giving access to those weapon-skills sometime down the road, but not 100% certain.

Anyone else know or hear about something like this?

I'd like to see samurai get an AOE WS seeing as how I love SAM , And they have none so far.. >.> but besides that Group 3 merits at lv.99 yes plzzz :d

I think what Tier III merits need to be like Tier II merits is the ability to have powers or spells we wouldn't have otherwise. For instance, Chivalry, Devotion, Snake Eyes, ETC, are abilities we can choose to have or not to have. This allows our characters to be our own, rather than just cookie-cutter versions of everyone else's.
