Most of the times I dont' go to WoE because I cbb to go to old cities first and then warp to xarc etc.

This item already exists.

It's called Pashhow Ring. Use the ring >>> enter the flux in pashow >>> buy your medallion >>> request to be warped to WoE.

As long as you don't want Sigil, you're golden.
