Unreasonable Quests Should Get New Adjustments.

So I'm now coming to 4 days trying to get a Stearc Subligar with Refresh+1. I've gotten enough Body Seals to upgrade each job 2 times and yet no Refresh Aug.

Now is it me or is this really necessary? I mean 4 days now and I could have made enough plasm to buy maybe 5-6 Delve items spamming in the same amount of time as this quest. Or better yet tried my luck at NNI for a pair of trews...

I know refresh on a subligar use to be highly prized when it was the only leg item in game at the time but I just think some of these quests should be readjusted because its pretty ridiculous and way beyond belief that 1 quest can take up this much valuable time from anyone. I understand rare to prevent too many from circulation but its only a subligar...

Anyone agree or have any other quests to relate to?

They should be but if they did all that really needs adjusting then people would complain about not getting any new content. SE is damned if they do damned if they don't. Just can't please everybody.

Pretty much everyone who hit 0/150 before getting their refresh augment feels the same. At least you make some short change by selling the crap augments to vendor.

Not every job can wear Nares.

Too bad Nares Trews aren't all jobs, and therefore aren't necessarily a replacement.

Meh, seems someone beat me to the punch

Can we talk about Brygid the Stylist Returns for a second?

I was thrilled when I came back to the game in April to finally be able to solo those pesky subligaria from Phomiuna Aquaducts that had contributed to so many frustrating deaths many moons ago. Thrilled, until Brygid requested a Silk Coat and Silk Slops from me. In the past two months, these items have appeared on the Auction House three and one times, respectively, and they were gone before I had a chance to grab them. These armors should be available from NPCs somewhere. No, farming add-on keys and gunning for a 2% chance at getting the piece you want is not what I meant. I don't care if they're 150k each; it's a cheaper option than leveling Clothcraft and Goldsmithing, which I've resorted to.

(I did find a linkshell member willing to craft me the Silk Coat. She accidentally HQ'd it - twice - which is useless for the quest, but I eventually got it. The darn Slops with their relatively-high Goldsmithing requirement are still elusive.)

The market for low- and mid-level equipment is deserted, making any question that requires specific items much harder to complete than in its heyday. Adding some of the rarer items to NPCs at slightly-above-reason prices would make those quests much easier to complete without disrupting anything for crafters.

    Ditto for NPC weapon upgrades.
