Same issue. I've tried a few things. Started when I tried to zone from Lower Jeuno to Upper Jeuno. Got a friend to log into me to move me to the gardens. Could get on in the gardens. Tried to use the abyssea warp NPC there to go to Xarcabard(Abyssea-Ule) and am getting this error again.

Reposting to update this information. I had a friend move me back to Audolin. I am able to log in(took several tries) and zone in and out of my mog house here. The issues I encountered were all in Jeuno or xarcabard. I haven't tried other zones. I'll be hanging up here I guess.
