The man took a bit of info from me and told me it would be helpful to post on this thread to speed things along.
Desktop or laptop, wired or wireless, OS, ISP, zone your character is in that you can't log into.

For me, desktop, wired, win 7 64x, verizon, port jeuno. I can log into my mule in bastok and use it like normal but my main which is in port jeuno I cant even log into because the data screen just loads till it errors.

Devs please post a known issue...
