Continuing FFXI Monthly Fee Discount

Greetings,

I have started this thread as a request to continue the discount to the Final Fantasy XI monthly fee when also subscribed to Final Fantasy XIV. I am considering going back to XI and that would solidify my decision. My other suggestion is that if a continued discount is not feasible, offer a free month of play for new or returning XI players who also bought XIV. I have hope for XIV, but currently there isn't a lot to do so I want something to enjoy while the XIV updates continue to progress. If you agree or have further suggestions, please post them in this thread.

The discount has never been applied due to the fact that everyone is still in a free trial period. It's actually uknown at this point if we will get the discount when FFXIV finally becomes a paid service.

So... People Bought FFXIV... 75-ish$? Those people put in for the discount as to where you can cut FFXI price... Now those people have to wait... Until FFXIV is fixed, In order to get that discount? Hmmm sounds unfair to me. I know those people aren't paying for FFXIV but then again those people didn't know it was in Beta form when it was released, Did the Box that it came in say: Beta also after all those people paid 75ish!!! for a game....
