Fire III damage.

Compared to all other tier III spells (Including Stone and Water), Fire III is doing a consistent 600 damage less. I believe this is a bug of some sort regarding the base damage values.

Edit: I have further evidence for this claim, other spells have varying damage depending on target INT, but Fire III is doing 1033 to every monster.

Edit: Continued testing shows that Fire III is not affected by INT as the other spells are. I'm not sure if any other spells have been left out, but I'm checking to make sure.
