    We apologize about the inconvenience here. We would suggest uninstalling the PlayOnline Viewer/Tetra Master application from your computer and reinstalling the PlayOnline Viewer found at the bottom of the page here. This will make sure that you are able to start up the PlayOnline Viewer. Please note that you will need to re-enter your PlayOnline information into the PlayOnline Viewer, this is normal.
