Hello!

Not sure when this problem started occurring; sometime in the last 9 days.

I haven't been playing the game in the last 9 days due to being rather busy irl. Today, I came home from work and tried starting the game up. To my surprise, trying to start the game the computer just did the spinning thing and then stopped, acting like I never even tried starting the game.

I thought that perhaps the PlayOnline file has somehow managed to get corrupted, so I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Everything worked smoothly, it uninstalled quickly, and installed it once again without any problems. However, I ran in to the same issue here.

Tried running it with anti-virus turned off, no go. Reinstalled it with anti-virus turned off, no go. Updating the computer (only thing that needed updating was .NET), no go.

Anyone has any suggestions as to what the problem might be, and possible solutions?

Edit: In case you're wondering, yes. I have tried running everything as administrator, and even tried turning UAC off.

We would suggest uninstalling the PlayOnline Viewer/Tetra Master application from your computer and reinstalling the PlayOnline Viewer found at the bottom of the page here. This will make sure that you are able to start up the PlayOnline Viewer. Please note that you will need to re-enter your PlayOnline information into the PlayOnline Viewer, this is normal.
