1. Brought x10 on 3rd June 2013 and logged in 5th June only to find they have disappeared!!!
Date & Time: 5th June 2013 and time 15:59GMT
Platform: PC
OS: Window 7
ISP: Virgin Media
Type of Internet Connection: Fibre Optic
and the playername is Lukielucasii
