Abyssea Stones not giving proper time, 14 minutes for a stone that offered 33 minutes

I had 9 minutes left, used a stone at npc and then got +14 minutes instead of +30.

I have an abysite that makes it 33 minutes per stone, I only got 14 for a brand new stone..

Now i know the max time is 120 minutes for stones upon entering ok

i used 3 stones which is 33x3 = 99 + 14 minutes later = 113

????? Why should i have to RE-ENTER to get the 33 minutes?

I didnt even hit 120 minutes so why did i only get 14 minutes???

I had 9 minutes left on stone, i added another stone and got 14 minutes which made it a total of 23 minutes.. WHAT?!?!?

Why does abyssea even have a time limit?

8 TO 20 hours for a new stone when they only last 30 to 45 minutes max each.

I was requesting more time from NPC, I had 9 minutes left in Abyssea, i added a stone for 30 minutes, it told me 33 minutes because i have an abysite for more time, instead of it adding 9 + 33 minutes it added 9+ only 14 minutes

Why did it only add 14 minutes? This has been happening to other people as well
