    Didn't those quests require you to rank up before even giving them a try? Seems like some of the quests didn't have much thought into what ranks they should be under.

    You rank up delivering supplies to ceizak/yahse, as their frontier stations cannot be destroyed.
    But don't worry. People are losing interest in keeping outposts up, and soon the stations themselves will be torn down. At which point people are forced to rebuild them or walk all the way from Adoulin.
    (That is, until scrolls for Teleport-Ceizak/Yahse/Foret/Morimar are added. Assuming the weird crystal structures in those zones are meant for teleportation.)

    WRONG. With the new changes, the bivouacs/stations are never going down.

    In case anyone is interested this has also been posted on the Japanese forums as well. A moderator replied to the thread asking (from what I can tell using google translate anyway) for players interested in a change to these Base Provisions quests to comment on the thread about it.
