Anyone have a tip on how to get the two NM's in past area's (Xarc-s/Beauc-s) to land? i've tried everything including AoE's to get them to land and after 7 hours nothing happened. I'm trying to farm the key items i need to pop the abyssea NM's to learn Reaving Wind at the moment, but think it'd be alot easier to just get it from the NM's in xarc/beauc.

They're a pain to get down when you actually want them to land. To get their attention, you have to find them in the sky and then run under them until you are in front of them--they'll see you and swoop down. A bud and I had difficulty getting their attention, but eventually they will spot you. (AoE's won't work cause they won't hit it until it lands.)

They used to be almost impossible not to agro, but I believe that they were adjusted to prevent them agroing anyone trying to do Campaign battle.

If you look under them, there should be snow swirling on the ground directly below them. Try running into it and they should drop. To be extra sure, make sure that you are in line of sight of an aggroing mob, so that when it drops and you get hit, about 5 other mobs will aggro/link at the same time.
