    I have to agree with you, I like the AF stuff because there are story elements to them, like the THF AF is pretty nifty, and I do love me some SMN AF stories. :P

    True, it may get old, but Ultimately that's what you need from time to time. I used to have lots of gear sways for BLU, but not so much anymore, but my PUP is loaded out with AF and Relics as well as Emp. All of which swap-out regularly. Same thing for SMN, go Yinyang Robe + Carbuncle Mitts

    Leveling, in the way that af assisted, isn't relevant. To level now, MOST PEOPLE, join book burns, or solo books a few levels lower. AH gear does just as good.

    Unless RUN has a piece that says Enhances "Forbidden key expertise", AF1 isn't relevant.

    I can think of a few stats which would be relevant to the job on AF gear... Enhancing Magic, Fast Cast, Enhances Job Ability/Trait... just to name a few.

    Sure, it's easy to come up with. What I'm saying is: Why would you encourage SE to ask you to carry around a piece of gear for macros.

    Sure:
    Enhances Aquaveil effect, Enhances enhancing magic dur... I'll stop here for fear THIS will be the thread that they take suggestions from when there's a lot larger discussions going on.

    Because for now, they have little Enhancing gear and JA enhancing gear for RUN, I would rather carry extra gear thats helpful, than to not have the effects at all...

    Does this include the AF quests? From your statement it seems that it doesn't, but in the past, Limit Break quests for jobs like BLU, PUP, COR, SCH, and DNC have required the completion of the Artifact Armor quests, so I'm a little confused here.

    I'm wondering if this includes the artifact armor quests as well, given the reason above. I hope so.

    Regarding not asking for Artifact Armor simply because of the change of pace in exp and inventory space seems like an invalid counterpoint to not releasing it. Players completely have the option to not complete the artifact armor storyline. Don't do it is all I can really say to that. There's a lot more benefit to releasing them than to not do so.

    I personally would like to see some enhancing gear for RUN and GEO to get pieces that either lower luopan decay or add Geomancer or Handbell skill to increase potency of buffs/debuffs further than currently. I'd also be interested in the storyline of these jobs fleshed out through the artifact armor quests.

    I'm very interested in Adoulin's storyline and hope to see it increase in any capacity.

    Thing is though, the Artifact armor is the only thing that GEO and RUN will get that will enhance their abilities.

    I am also eagerly anticipating the GEO/RUN AF, Relic, Empyrean, and merits. I can understand doling them out one update at a time, but the longer we're forced to wait, the less interested I become. It's a shame, because I think the unique storylines and armor for each job add so much flavor to the game that other MMORPGs lack.

    Will Sylvie ever get her act together? Does the Lifestream have a will of its own? Where does Octavien keep all of those Sowilo Claymores? I'm dying to know!
