    this 'congestion' is even worse than the previous update.... I tried to update several hours ago and its sitll not working...

    I can't even log in. I considered it a hot tip that I should do something else -- went and had drinks, came home played some GW2... If I can't get in tonight I probably won't try again for a while (read: until another patch)
