Back on topic, with the rolling blackouts i'm not to sure about it being back up anytime this month, because i highly doubt SE will risk bringing servers back up with the chance at power randomly shutting off :/

Admittedly, BG is full of people who can end parenthetical phrases properly.

Also, Shibuya, where Squeenix's servers are located, is not affected by the rolling black-outs. The company is doing what it can to conserve energy either by a sense of civic duty, or something like that.
